Finally, a true high-performance chassis dyno at a bargain price! The 1100 is designed to test Sport Compacts, RWD Drag Cars, Diesel Trucks, and Motorcycles - truly amazing for only one machine. With a capacity of 2,000 hp at the wheels, the 1100 is large enough to handle 99.9% of the street cars on the road today. Unlike similarly priced 24” roll dynos, the 1100 offers big 30” diameter rolls for superior traction so your wheels will not slip when boost kicks in, or when nitrous oxide is used.
The 2WD 1100 includes a complete data acquisition system that lets you design a wide range of tests and provide both on-screen and printed results. While designed for in-ground installation, the unit can be installed on the shop floor and used with an optional 4-post lift. In contrast to our basic Inertia Dynamometer - the 1100-SE is a more sophisticated Eddy Current Dynamometer - allowing for steady state fuel injection calibration, Road-load Simulation, 1/4 mile passes, 1/8 mile passes and more. What’s more, the 1100-SE is designed to be completely upgradeable in the field - add the AWD attachment, the motorcycle kit or a second PAU; the sky is the limit.
The 2WD 1100 is ideal for TUNING and measuring power improvements from performance modifications. Our eddy current power absorber unit (PAU) allows for road-load based tuning—the most accurate way to tune a vehicle.
